First announced on April 1, 2009,^[2] the game was released on November 3, 2009 for the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable, and is the sixth and most recent game in the Jak and Daxter series. The player assumes the role of Jak, the angst-ridden hero enhanced by his exposure to Light and Dark Eco.
