How long will I have to wait before my items are dispatched?

We dispatch items between Monday-Friday. If there are any delays, we will let you know.

Can I buy internationally?

Please contact us via E-mail before buying from outside of the UK, we will see what we can do to accommodate. 

Are your games new or second hand?

Almost all our games are second hand, and the condition should be stated in the listings. We sometimes get brand new things in stock, and this will be stated if so. 

My items have arrived and are damaged or faulty. What do I do?

In the event there is anything wrong with a product, please contact us. We test everything thoroughly before dispatch, but in the unlikely occasion anything is wrong we will attempt to replace the product for you.

Do you provide any warranty on items sold?

Our products come with a 3 month warranty, and they are tested and cleaned before dispatch. If a product is outside of this 3 month period, depending on what the issue is, we will try to help get any problems sorted. 

Can I see actual photos of the items?

Most items are of stock images but if you would like to see any additional photos contact us by email or Facebook. Our E-mail is electrictowncastleford@gmail.com 

Can I have my order sent to another address?

Unfortunately, we only ship items to the address as stated at checkout.

How do you rate your game condition?

Games will be described in their listing. Some games may not include manuals, but where possible we will try to make that be known. Generally, items fall into the following categories: Unboxed, Boxed No Manual, Boxed W/Manual, and Mint. If any further information is relevant, we will try to include it in the listing.

My items are not what I expected; can I return it?

We try to describe items as accurately as possible when they are put on sale. If something arrives and it's not compatible, we might offer to exchange the item for something of equal value. We are not responsible for items bought in error. 

How do I know that my details are safe with you?

We do not pass on any customer details to third parties. Please check our private policy for more information.

Can you tell me more about the condition of your items?

Most listings have details about the condition of the item available for purchase. If no condition is listed, please feel free to us contact us by email or Facebook for item specifics. Our E-mail is electrictowncastleford@gmail.com . All items have been tested and are working order unless otherwise listed. Please be advised that games are used unless otherwise mentioned. It is assumed that all package inserts with codes including rewards and/or DLC have been redeemed. Photos of products on the website are stock images unless otherwise specified.

Games typically have one of the following conditions, depending on the console it is for. Only games that originally came with manuals have specifics as to whether or not a manual is included. 

New and Sealed - These items are in brand new condition, including the original shrink-wrapping. 

Boxed with Manual mint condition - These games are in their original box and include the manual. The box and manual are in mint condition.

Boxed with Manual near mint - These games come in their original box and include the manual. They are in near mint condition. 

Boxed with manual Good - These games come in their original box and include the manual. They are in good condition.

Boxed with manual Acceptable - These games come in the original box and have the manuals with them. They are in working condition. 

Boxed Mint - These games are in their original boxes and in mint condition. Games with this listing did not come with a manual at the original time of sale. 

Boxed Good - These games are in good condition and come in their original box. Games with this listing did not come with a manual at the original time of sale. 

Boxed Acceptable - These games are in the original box and are in working condition. Games with this listing did not come with a manual at the original time of sale. 

Unboxed Good - These games are not in their original boxes. They are otherwise in good working order.

Unboxed Acceptable - These games do not come in the original boxes. They are in acceptable condition and working order. 

DVD's and CD's typically have one of the following conditions:

New and Sealed - These items are in brand new condition, including the original shrink-wrapping. 

Boxed Mint - These items are in their original boxes, in mint condition but have been opened.

Good Box Mint Disc - These items come in their original boxes. The box is in good condition and the disc is in mint condition.

Acceptable Box Mint Disc - These items come in their original boxes. The box is acceptable and the disc is in mint condition. 

Good Box Good Disc - These items come in their original boxes. Both the box and disc are in good condition. 

Good Box Acceptable Disc - These items come in their original boxes. The box is in good condition and the disc is in acceptable condition.  

Acceptable Box Good Disc - These items come in their original boxes. The box is acceptable and the disc is good.
