Animated comedy adventure featuring the voice talents of Elijah Wood, Robin Williams and Brittany Murphy. Emperor penguins find their soulmates through song but although Mumble (Wood) is a brilliant tap dancer, he cannot sing. Because of this, Mumble becomes an object of ridicule and he is even blamed for the lack of fish in the waters surrounding their home. When he is exiled from his colony, he undertakes a dangerous journey to uncover the truth and will need all of his courage, determination and talent to save his home and win the heart of his soulmate Gloria (Murphy). The voice cast also includes Hugh Jackman, Nicole Kidman and Hugo Weaving.
